3. Booking and Appointments

  • A valid email address and phone number are required for booking
  • You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS upon successful booking
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are free at any time, no fees charged
  • We appreciate advance notice so we can offer your slot to other clients
  • No-shows without notice may affect future booking privileges
